Conceptual Playground

Designed for the eccentric admirer, the Moxy Hotel in San Diego forgoes the traditional registration counter for a check-in trike that pours a welcome cocktail on nitro and a lobby stocked with arcade games, swings, and a cocktail bar called Bar Moxy.

A bright, nuanced blend of Tequila Dahlia Cristalino, grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed lime juice with just a dash of prickly pear syrup provide a whole new way to Paloma.

Ingredients

2 oz. Tequila Dahlia

.5 oz. Liquid Alchemist Prickly Pear

.75 oz. Grapefruit Juice

.5 oz. Lime Juice

.5 oz. Agave Syrup

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.

Strain the cocktail into a coupe.

Enjoy!
