A Sweet Beginning

Within Mayfield's beautiful, bright interior seasonal ingredients sing through their tapas-style dishes and cocktails. Leading up to Cinco De Mayo, they are featuring the “Señor Pineapple” the epitome of a celebratory drink.

Tropical flavors and Tequila Dahlia unite for this frothy cocktail, a decadent beginning to Cinco De Mayo.

Ingredients

3 oz. Pineapple Juice

2 oz. Tequila Dahlia

1 oz. Tempus Fugit Creme de Bananae

1 oz. Coconut Cream

Method

Place ingredients in a shaker tin with ice.

Shake for 15 seconds until frothy.

Pour into a tall glass.

Enjoy!
