Spiced liqueur, the warmth of ginger beer, and the tartness of lime merge seamlessly with the elegant notes of Dahlia.

Ingredients

2 oz. Tequila Dahlia

1 oz. Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur

.5 oz. Fresh lime juice

<.5 oz. Apple Cider Vinegar

2 oz. Ginger Beer (Fever Tree)

Method

Combine Dahlia, chili liqueur, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar in a shaker tin with ice.

Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Strain into a Collins glass with ice.

Top with ginger beer.

Garnish with cucumber peel and mint.
