A delicate balance of sharp sweetness with tart, tangy simplicity to invigorate the heart and enlighten the soul.

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz. Tequila Dahlia

.5 oz. Orange Juice

.5 oz. Licor 43

1 oz. Lime Juice

.5 oz. Agave Nectar

METHOD

Rim your glass with Tajin or chili or Sal de Gusano salt.
If you opt for something less “adventurous” settle for medium ground sea salt. Stay away from “added iodine” or “coarse” salts, though.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with medium size ice cubes.
(Stay on the lower side of the .5 oz when it comes to the Orange Juice and the Licor 43; nothing kills a delicate margarita quicker than too much sweetness).

Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
This is the secret! All the ingredients need to be fully incorporated, aerated and chilled.

Strain lovingly into glass.

Garnish with lime wedge.

 

Dahlia siesta

You’re not going to want to sleep on this one. This unique citrus blend pairs with Dahlia’s exceptional flavor profile in a way you wouldn’t believe.

INGREDIENTS

2 oz. Tequila Dahlia

1 oz. Grapefruit Juice

.5 oz. Lime Juice

.5 oz. Grenadine

Garnish with Orange Peel

METHOD

Rim your glass with salt.

Combine Tequila Dahlia, Grapefruit Juice & Lime Juice in a shaker tin with medium size ice cubes.

Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
This is the secret! All the ingredients need to be fully incorporated, aerated and chilled.

Strain lovingly into glass over ice.

Carefully top off with the Grenadine.

Garnish with Orange Peel.

Take photo of layered cocktail.
