The La Quebrada is a juicy spin on the Negroni, using Campari’s bittersweet notes of orange peel to nod to the classic cocktail, but surprising the palate with passion fruit, agave, fresh-squeezed lime juice, and the smooth finish of Tequila Dahlia.
Ingredients
1.5 oz. Tequila Dahlia
.5 oz. Campari
1 oz. Passion Fruit Purée
.5 Tbsp. Agave
.25 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Pour into a Collins glass.
Top with ice and garnish with a lime wedge.
