Conspired Classic

The Classic Cat is an upmarket redux of a notorious 1960’s burlesque club mixed with the fantasy and glamor of old Hollywood. A supper club revival offering American cuisine and classic cocktails in a luxe, intimate atmosphere where energy flows.

There are margaritas, and then there are margaritas. When you embrace the cocktail's beautiful DNA by using only the best ingredients—like orange, agave, and Tequila Dahlia—you get an explosion of flavor that lingers on the lips.

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Tequila Dahlia

.5 oz. Orange Juice

.5 oz. Licor 43 (Colt 43)

1 oz. Lime Juice

.5 oz. Agave Nectar

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice.

Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Strain into glass.

Garnish with a lime wedge (optional Tajín or chile salt rim).
