Resident mixologist Jaime Benson will be making the Pink Dahlia now through the end of September—a lovely juxtaposition of flavors, combining lime, prickly pear, and jalapeño.
Ingredients
2 oz. Tequila Dahlia
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Prickly Pear Syrup
1 oz. Agave
Slice of Jalapeño
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a jalapeño slice.
