Whimsical Playground

Chef Myo Htun’s 1930s-inspired restaurant Chaplin’s is an ode to the silent film era in Japan, serving authentic Japanese cuisine accompanied by craft cocktails available in the Opium Den bar upstairs.

Barmen Ari and Micah Wilder use a variety of liquors, house-made mixers, and fresh fruit into all their cocktails. Their iconic City Lights cocktail swaps traditional Japanese whiskey for Tequila Dahlia, incorporating orange curacao, ginger-maple syrup, fresh ruby red grapefruit, and lime juice.
