Winston House is a one-of-a-kind, star-studded supper club on the beach, inviting the likes of artists, musicians, and creatives to gather as a community to enjoy live music, food, and drinks.

Barman Dave Purcell, previously at the Nomad and Melrose Umbrella Co., put together a ‘90s-inspired cocktail list with modern touches, including a house margarita blending Tequila Dahlia Cristalino and a blanco tequila.

Ingredients

1 oz. Tequila Dahlia

1 oz. Blanco Tequila

0.75 oz. Lime Juice

0.5 oz. Simple Syrup

0.2 oz. Cointreau

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
