Clever Concoction

Offering unpretentious cuisine in a rustic American setting, The Six Chow House is inspired by The Society of Six, a group of Northern California artists from the early 1900s whose cabin was referred to as “The Chow House.”

An enduring classic, meant to be sipped slowly, revigorated with Tequila Dahlia Cristalino.

Ingredients

1 oz. Tequila Dahlia

1 oz. Mezcal El Silencio

1 Barspoon Agave

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters

METHOD

Stir all ingredients with plenty of ice until chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.

Garnish with an expressed grapefruit peel.
