A Spring Awakening

Start a new tradition by adding Tequila Dahlia to your brunch menu. We have created two perfect brunch recipes: the Dahlia Nectar is a luscious syrup, perfect to drizzle over pancakes, French toast, or waffles and the Nectar of the Goddess is a refreshingly fruity tequila cocktail your friends and family will want the recipe for.

The Dahlia Nectar

Our tequila honey syrup is a simple, yet elegant accompaniment to your Sunday Brunch.

Ingredients

1 cup Dark Karo Syrup

1 cup Brown Sugar

.5 cup Tequila Dahlia

.5 cup Honey

1 tsp. Nutmeg

1 tsp. Cinnamon

Method

In a saucepan combine all the ingredients on medium-low heat.

Mix until thoroughly combined.

Let cool.

 

A melange of seasonal fruit muddled with fresh mint, a tequila cocktail that compliments any holiday meal.

Ingredients

2 oz. Tequila Dahlia

Seasonal Fruit

3-4 Mint Sprigs

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

.5 oz. Lemon Juice

Method

In a cocktail shaker muddle seasonal fruit and mint sprigs.

Add Tequila Dahlia, simple syrup, and lemon juice.

Shake for 15 seconds.

Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.

Garnish with fresh fruit and mint.

Dahlia brunch is served!
