2 oz Dahlia
1 oz Ancho reyes chili liqueur
.5 oz fresh lime juice
<.5 oz apple cider vinegar
2 oz ginger beer (fever tree)

Combine Dahlia, chili liqueur, lime juice and apple cider vinegar in a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with cucumber peel and mint.
