A Juicy Intimacy

Izzy Rose bartender Tom Roughton launched a new cocktail menu this fall, highlighting the Isla Calavera. Mezcal El Silencio, Tequila Dahlia, fresh pineapple juice, maple, lime, and mint. A mouthwatering treat you won’t want to end.

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Tequila Dahlia

.5 oz. Mezcal El Silencio

1 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice

.75 oz. Maple (1:1 with Water)

.5 oz. Lime

Handful of Mint

Method

Shake with ice.

Double strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.

Garnish with lime wheel and two pineapple palms.
